Case Study #3 One Harbour Green

One Harbour Green presented a host of challenges with exceptional opportunities to create an outstanding space.

After deciding together with the client to make the goal to take advantage of the views and light, we set about coring though concrete to move an electrical panel. This was a significant challenge and involved x-raying the concrete slab in order to get permission to core concrete.

The result was new office space with a sophisticated sitting area that had extensive millwork, custom flooring and stonework on fireplaces. It also showcased new kitchen millwork, countertops and art collectors’ custom lighting. The end result was an elegant space with spectacular views and maximized natural light.
